Sunday Slow Flow

Ease into your Sunday with a soulful, slow-paced class that invites stillness, presence, and connection. Sunday Slow Flow is designed for all levels — especially first-timers and those craving a gentle, restorative experience.

Through soft movement, mindful breathwork, and the calming resonance of sound healing, this class helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring you back to center. Expect a safe, nurturing space where you're encouraged to show up exactly as you are — no pressure, no judgment.

1:1 Yoga Session

Practice from the comfort of your home — no matter where you are. This live virtual class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner stillness.

Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link. Please arrive a few minutes early, set up your space, and bring a yoga mat, water, and any props you love (blocks, blanket, etc.).

All levels are welcome. Come as you are — camera on or off, this is your time.
